Orders
How do I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the confirmation email sent to you after your purchase. If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@houseofdari.com.
Can I cancel or update my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. To cancel or update an order, contact us immediately at hello@houseofdari.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
Contact us at soon as possible with your updated information before the order has been shipped out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in their original packaging.
Exchanges are processed by returning the original item and placing a new order. For more details, see here.
Are your products intended for personal use only?
Yes, purchases from House of Dari are strictly for personal use and cannot be resold or distributed without prior authorization.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, EU, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
What are your shipping options?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
Free Tracked International shipping is also available for orders to the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are typically 7-15 days to the United States & Canada, depending on your location once the order is shipped.
International orders and deliveries to the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand take approximately 10-15 days, depending on your region and local customs clearance.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For international orders (outside US & Canada), duties and taxes are not included at checkout.
Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.

Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes, we may require a signature for high-value shipments to ensure secure delivery.
Warranty & Care
Does your jewelry come with a warranty?
Every DARI piece comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase because when you choose something meant to last, we believe the reassurance should last with it.
If your jewelry shows any defect in material or craftsmanship during that time, we’ll make it right. Just reach out, and we’ll work with you directly to resolve the issue in a way that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
How should I clean my jewelry?
For routine cleaning, gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
For metal bands, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, ensuring to dry it completely.
Do not immerse your jewelry in water for extended periods of time.
Does your warranty cover lost or stolen pieces?
This warranty does not apply to lost or stolen pieces, wear and tear from regular use such as surface marks or misshaped bands, damage caused by improper storage or handling, or alterations made by anyone outside of House of DARI.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Sale and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Unfortunately, sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Who covers the cost of returns/exchanges?
All US and Canada orders will incur a $50 USD return and restock fee per item.
For international orders, we do not provide a return label; please email us to receive the return address and customs documentation. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or incomplete?

We’ll resolve it promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
